Job Description 

Task to do:

Proper uniform, apron on, washed hands and ready to work

Check to do list to find 1st task to be completed and complete it

(check off that task)

Continue working in kitchen and working off the daily to do list

Sign into register for lunch service.  Make sure your line is set up, lights on, coolers on, warmers on, etc….

Run register during each lunch (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) return to kitchen after each line and help with any food prep needed

If time permits, complete more tasks off of daily to do list

Clean up your line, sanitize and return to kitchen

Help do dishes through dish machine, clean and sanitize prep tables, clean sinks, sweep/ mop

Ask your Supervisor for any other tasks to do before leaving for the day.
