Successful candidates must be able to:
- Understand and apply instructional and social-emotional best practices to meet the diverse and varying needs of intermediate school students with moderate to severe emotional disabilities;
- Manage a team of 2-3 assistants to ensure all students' emotional and academic needs are met throughout the school day;
- Apply best practices in developing legally defensible IEP goals and objectives for students with emotional disabilities;
- Maintain compliance with student IEPs through the Indiana IEP program;
